The invention relates to hydromechanization, in particular to a suction pipe with a trailing head, and can be used in the extraction of minerals, in dredging, etc.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the versatility of the pipe and reduce the time spent on retooling the working 10 body.
Figure 1 shows a suction TDV-ba with a trailed head, side view; Fig. 2 shows a trailed head (a part of the upper surface of the end plate is not shown) 15 a top view; 3, a-g-face plate, respectively, with a trailed hoplite, respectively, with a trailed gogo. clever for loose sands, with a trailing head in combination with cutting blades, with an end piece designed for thick sands, as well as with a trailing head with a mixing roller for sucking sludge, side view; figure 4 - connecting element, side view; Figs 5-17 schematically depict several variants illustrating the production of the quick disconnect connection.
The suction pipe (FIG. 1) contains a flange 2 to which the connecting element 3 is connected, the inlet 4 of which has a rectangular shape in cross section, and the flange 5 attached to flange 2, 35 has a circular opening corresponding to the section pipes 1.
A skid 6 (outlet) is attached to the connecting element at the bottom, which together with the bottom wall 7 of the through channel 40 of the connecting element 3 and with the side walls and rear wall 8 forms a water tank 9, to which a pressure pipe 10 is connected. No 45 tank is equipped with water nozzles 1I. The back wall 8, which is the complete function of the tool holder, is provided with water outlets 12.
An end plate 13 (end part) is attached to the connecting element, which on the rear wall is fitted with a slider 14 and has an inlet: my water hole 15 with a valve 16 that rotates around 55 of the front shaft 17 and can be fixed in the desired open position with a bar 18, provided with holes. This valve may have a mechanical

remote control terminal, which, based on measured values in the suction pipe, regulates the valve position.
The upper surface of the end part 13 (the same face plate) in area 19 is cylindrical bent, and the rest of it is a flexible sealing strip, for example a rubber strip 20, which is attached to one or more levers 21 capable of being turned around shaft 22. Thus, seal 20 can be pivoted forward and upward.
The hinge joint is best shown in FIG. 2. The end piece 13 is provided with levers 23 and 24 on both side edges, which are directed forward and short hinge bolts 25 and 26 are inserted in them, projecting into bearings 27 and 28 of bearing housing 29 and 30.
Bearing housings (.fig.1 and 3) have parallel front and rear planes 31 and 32 and a U-shaped bottom plane 33.
The connecting element has a recess 35 on the lower edge 34 with guide planes 36 and 37 (Fig. 4). These recesses also have an elongation forming a stop surface to limit the downward rotation of the end piece. This extension works in conjunction with the lower surfaces 38 of the levers 23 and 24. A groove is formed on the anterior leading plane 31, into which a wedge 39 enters, by which the bearing housings 29 and 30 are fixed in the recess 35,
Thanks to this design, the end piece can be quickly replaced by another. For this, it is only necessary to remove the wedge 39, turn the seals 20 and 21 over and the end piece can be pulled out together with the bearing housings upwards from the guides 36 and 37, after which it inserts a new end piece.
All draw-on heads can have the described bearing housings, which are fixed in the recesses 35 of the connecting part 3.
The back wall of the water tank 9 (Figs. 2 and 4) can be executed as a tool holder 8. To the latter, L-shaped strips 40 and 41 are attached, which go down.
form a Y-shaped, to the downward inclined rear plane 8, forming the instrumental holder. Between the I-shaped slats 40 and 41 there is a trapezoidal plate 42, having a shoulder 43 with an opening 44 made in two slats, and between the two slats there is a lever 45 on which the knife 46 is attached. The fastening is carried out with a hinge bolt in the opening 44 and the cutting pin 47,
The lever 45 (FIG. 4) has several holes 48 for a hinge bolt that passes through the holes 44, and several holes 48 for the shear pin. Thus, the knife can be installed in different positions or different knives can be mounted.
The nozzles 12 and 11 are shown as holes in the tool holder 8, which are also connected to the water tank 9. Similarly, as in the knife holder 42, a trapezoidal plate with spray nozzles can be installed between the bars 43,
The nozzles 12 are located between the tools. In addition, between the fastener strips 43 and 44, it is possible to make water inlets connected to the tool channel. The water to the pipe 10 passes across the through channel of the connecting element 3. On both sides of the water pipe in the through channel, conductive plates 49 and 50 are installed,
FIGS. 5 and 6 show part 51 of the connecting element and part 52 of the end part. The hinge bolt 53, one of which is mounted on each side of the trailing head, is fixed in the shoulder 52 of the end part by means of a wedge 54 and rotatably positioned in the bearing 55, located in the housing 56, the bearing housing (FIG. 6) has the trapezoidal shape and, with its inclined sides of the trapezoid, is inserted into the corresponding shape a recess in the connecting element, the recess being formed by the lateral sides
57 and 58 and the base 59, the housing 56 is provided with a groove 60, the side wall
The recess also has a groove 61, while the bearing housing 56 is fixed in the recess with a help

a wedge 62 interacting with the grooves 60 and 61.
Each end piece arm 52 (FIG. 7) is provided with a hinge bolt 53, which is supported by a bearing housing 56. In this case, the side edges 63 and 64 of the trapezoidal recess are arranged upwards, as indicated by the numbers 65 and 66, and are provided with openings through which there is a wedge 67 interacting with the upper plane or base 68 of the trapezoidal bearing housing 56,
The plc 69 of the end piece (Figs. 8 and 9) is provided with a hinge bolt 70, which is fixed therein by welding. The connecting element has a fixed part 71 with a bearing housing 72 and a bearing hinge 74 which closes the hinge bolt 70 is hingedly attached to this fixed part at the location 73. The closed position of the bearing can be fixed by means of a ring 75 and a wedge 76,
The hinge bolt 77 (FIGS. 10-12) is fixed on the shoulder 78 of the end piece in the axial direction by means of a plate 79 interacting with the groove 80 of the hinge bolt 77. This mount allows the bolt to rotate relative to the shoulder 78 or it fixes the bolt fixedly. The connecting element has a shoulder 81, separated by a line 82, for mounting a plug 83, which is placed in a cylindrical recess and provided with a tab 84. Parts 85 and 86 of the connecting element shoulder 81 form a groove 87, open at the top, into which the hinge bolt is inserted. The fork rotates upward, thereby closing the hinge bolt. Thereafter, it can be secured in the closed position with a bolt or pin through holes 88 and 89,
It is possible to close the hinge bolt without clearance if there is a gap between the center axial line of the bearing bone in parts 85 and 89 and the center line of the cylindrical recess 90 in which the fork will mix,
A hinge bolt 91 (Figs. 13 and 14) is rotatably mounted in the end 92 and connecting part 93. Removal of the hinge bolt may occur axially after
514
removing the fastening device consisting of a wedge 94; This wedge enters the recess of the bolt and is clamped between the planes 95-97 of the connecting piece 98.
The connecting member 99 (Fig. 15) is provided with a hinge bolt 100, on which the arm 101 is rotatably, but inseparably, fixed. The end piece is provided with a cylindrical part 102, which is worn on the arm 101 and fixed on it with a wedge 103.
The shoulder 101 with the trapezoidal part of the IOA (Figures 16 and 17) interacts with the trapezoidal recess 105 of the shoulder of the end part 106 and is secured therein by means of a wedge 107.
In all structures (Figs. 5-17), a plug connection takes place from: each side of the trailing head.
